This contract, the mutual rights and obligations between the Consumer, who ordered the product with the qualifications and sales price specified below, and the Seller, who is the owner of this website, from the www.rachrene.com website, the Law No. 4077 on the Protection of the Consumer, as amended by the Law No. It has been arranged in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation.
Article 3) General Conditions
Persons under the age of 18 cannot shop on the www.rachrene.com website. By confirming this agreement electronically, the consumer confirms that he is over 18 years old. The seller is not responsible for price and content errors arising from typographical and system errors that may occur on the www.rachrene.com website.
The seller reserves the right to cancel orders with incorrect prices. When the consumer makes a purchase from www.rachrene.com, he accepts that it is a purchase for personal use and not for resale.
By confirming this contract electronically, the consumer confirms that he has obtained the correct and complete information about the address, telephone, basic features of the ordered products, the price of the products including taxes, payment and delivery information that should be given to the Consumer by the Seller before the conclusion of the distance contracts. .
If the price of the product is not paid for any reason or canceled in the bank records, the Seller is deemed to be relieved of its obligation to deliver the product. The processing date of the orders placed by bank transfer or EFT by the Seller is not the date the order is placed, but the date on which the payment is seen to reach the Seller’s bank accounts. The Consumer accepts that the Seller will cancel the order if he does not make the payment within 1 week for the orders placed by bank transfer or EFT.
If the payment is made by credit card or a similar payment card, after the delivery of the product, if the bank or financial institution does not pay the product price to the Seller, due to the unfair or unlawful use of the Consumer’s credit card without the consent of the Consumer, It is obligatory to send the product to the Seller within 3 days, provided that it has been delivered to the Consumer.
Article 4) Obligations of the Seller
The seller fulfills its action within thirty days at the latest from the moment the consumer delivers the order to him. This period can be extended for a maximum of ten days, provided that the consumer is notified in writing beforehand.
The Seller cannot be held responsible for the failure of the ordered product to be delivered to the Consumer due to any problems that the cargo company may encounter during the delivery of the product to the Consumer.
The Seller cannot be held responsible for not accepting the delivery of the ordered product by the buyer at the delivery address.
Provided that it is based on a justified reason, the Seller may supply the Consumer with products of equal quality and price before the expiry of the performance obligation.
For various reasons, the production of the ordered products may not be possible. If the Seller is unable to fulfill its contractual obligations, claiming that the fulfillment of the goods or services subject to the order has become impossible, it shall notify the Consumer before the contractual performance obligation expires. Returns the price paid and all documents that put him under debt to the Consumer within 10 days.
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 (seven) days from the delivery of the ordered product to himself or the person/organization at the address specified as the Delivery Address. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Seller must be notified via the contact form, e-mail or telephone specified on the www.rachrene.com site within this period.
Article 5- Right of Withdrawal
It should not be within the scope of the Products for which the Right of Withdrawal cannot be used.
The Seller reserves the right not to accept returns made without notice. The consumer or the 3rd party is obliged to send the invoice, waybill, certificate, insurance forms, product box, packaging and all other documents and materials to the Seller in full, together with the product return. VAT and other legal obligations, if any, of the products whose original invoice is not sent are not refundable.
During the return shipment, the responsibility of any deterioration, damage or similar depreciating situation that occurs in the product and the documents and materials sent with the product due to reasons arising from the cargo companies or the Consumer performing the return process belongs to the Consumer who makes the return. The product price is returned to the Consumer within 7 (seven) days following the receipt of these documents.
Article 5) Products for which the Right of Withdrawal cannot be exercised
The consumer cannot use the right of withdrawal for products that are produced in accordance with the special requests and demands of the consumer or that have been personalized by making changes or additions. For this reason, special design products prepared in line with the wishes of the Consumer, all products produced in line with the wishes of the Consumer are included in the scope of products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
The consumer can cancel the order by giving information to the firstname.lastname@example.org e-mail address. Bank commissions and remittance/EFT charges for the payments of canceled products belong to the customer.
Article 6) Competent Courts
In the implementation of this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and the Consumer Courts in the place of residence of the Consumer or the Seller are authorized up to the value announced by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

You can return the product you have purchased within 7 (seven) days from the delivery date without opening, destroying, spoiling or using the product. In this case, you must send the product, the invoice of the product and the return petition to our company.
The product you will return must not have lost its commercial qualities. After our service confirms that there is no obstacle in returning the product, the product price will be credited back to your credit card or bank account within 1-3 weeks. Cargo services during this process belong to the customer. Returns of opened, destroyed, used products are NOT accepted.

RETURN EXCHANGE TERMS
I want to return the product(s) in my order. What should I do?
As a basic rule, you can return the product you bought within 7 working days from the delivery date.
You should open and check the packages that you think have been damaged during the shipment in front of the cargo officer from whom you received them. If there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a report with the cargo company. Do not forget that after the delivery of the product, the cargo company has accepted that it has fully fulfilled its duty.
General return conditions are as follows;
• Returns must be made with the original box or packaging.
• The return of products whose original box/packaging has been damaged (for example: products with a shipping label attached on the original box and products that are taped with a cargo parcel tape) are not accepted.
• The customer is obliged to return the product as it was when it was delivered to him, and in case of use, to compensate for the loss in the commercial value of the goods due to use.
• You must send a petition including the original invoice (all copies you have) and the reason for the return, along with the product you want to return.
• If the product / products you want to return are defective, the shipping fee is covered by our company. Apart from this, all shipping costs belong to the buyer. (Arrival and departure costs are deducted separately.)
• The incoming product is first inspected by the Returns Department. If the above conditions are met, the return process is initiated. The duration of this process varies between 3 and 7 days.
• The fee will be refunded to your credit card within 10 working days at the latest after the product reaches us in full with all copies of the invoice.
• It takes between 1-6 weeks for this refund to be reflected on your credit card by your bank.
Open the package you received with the cargo officer and check your order. The product that you open and check with the cargo officer is deemed to have been delivered without any problems.
• If your order has not been shipped yet, you can cancel it by informing the firstname.lastname@example.org e-mail address.
*NOTE: If the invoice of the product you want to return is on behalf of the company, it must be sent with the invoice issued by the company when returning it. The return invoice must be issued without including the cargo share (in the form of product unit price + VAT).
